Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, an award-winning resort in Bonita Springs, near the city of Naples, announces the completion of a multimillion-dollar renovation to its meeting and event spaces. The enhancements further elevate the resort’s one-stop destination event capabilities, blending sophisticated design with the serene beauty of its coastal surroundings. This renovation complements recent resort enhancements including updated rooms, lobby, water park, and restaurants, marking a full refresh of the property over the past three years.

“We are thrilled to announce the completion of an extensive meeting space renovation and welcoming our group guests for an unforgettable experience here in Southwest Florida,” said Rhett Wilson, Director of Sales and Marketing at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa. “When guests visit, they can expect a fully updated experience complete with modern spaces, elegant dining experiences, and enhanced amenities.”

The newly completed meeting and event spaces feature natural, coastal-inspired tones with ocean blues, lush greens, and sandy beige accents. Updates include new carpeting, wall coverings, and artwork reflective of the resort’s setting. The enhancements extend outdoors with a redesigned Calusa Ballroom Terrace, now outfitted with new pavers, lighting upgrades, and new integrated turf with redesigned landscaping providing an idyllic outdoor setting reminiscent of a tropical garden.

The project also updated the events registration desk area with a new digital signage display bordered by custom wood millwork. The meeting space restrooms have also been refreshed with a new color palette of stone tones, greens, and blues with updated wooden vanities and modern fixtures.

Hotel Milu Milano, a new design-led boutique hotel and the second outpost of the Milu brand, is now open in Milan’s dynamic Porta Venezia district. Just steps away from the iconic Porta Venezia gate, Hotel Milu Milano offers modern travellers an inspiring urban retreat that blends historical Milanese architecture with bold, contemporary interiors to curate a thoughtful sense of place.

Designed by acclaimed architect and designer Alex Meitlis, Hotel Milu Milano’s design is a love letter to modern Milan, as inspired by the site itself. A historic 19th-century Milanese building, with a previous life as the Mercure Milano Centro, Meitlis took the building back to its roots, restoring elements such as the property’s central staircase and exposing original brickwork across the building.

Each of the seven room categories – single, comfort double, superior double, deluxe double, deluxe twin, comfort triple and prestige quadruple – features a refined sense of minimalism, allowing individual design elements to take center stage. Nearly every detail of the property is site-specific, drawing on traditional Milanese materials, textiles, and colors. The 32 rooms feature Terrazzo flooring, wooden shutters, and mirrored walls, with vibrant colored glass accents of red, green, and pink throughout the bathrooms, creating a fresh and comfortable atmosphere.

Art is at the heart of the Milu brand, and Hotel Milu Milano is no exception, with striking canvases that welcome guests in the lobby and adorn each room, curated by artist Carmel Ilan. In the lobby, guests are greeted by pieces from her main body of work, inspired by the earth and the concept that a natural ingredient is necessary as the origin source for everything – even paper. In the rooms, artwork is from Ilan’s ‘Here and Now’ body of work, born out of the coronavirus pandemic, which is poetic, keen and concise with intimate works that express the contradiction between the desire to pull back and the need to burst out. The interplay of textures has been thoughtfully curated by Meitlis, who explored how mirrored walls meet exposed brickwork, creating a layered backdrop that highlights the artworks above.

Guests of Hotel Milu Milano will also have access to an all-day lounge, where complimentary wine, coffee, tea, and soft drinks foster a relaxed, communal atmosphere for unwinding or connecting with fellow travellers.

Hotel Milu Milano is now open at Piazza Guglielmo Oberdan, 12, 20129 Milano, Italy. For more information about Hotel Milu Milano, or to make a reservation, visit www.milumilano.com.

The highly anticipated Beach Club at The Boca Raton reopens, marking a significant milestone for the only private beach resort in Palm Beach County. Following an extensive $130 million redesign, the luxury hotel seamlessly connects to its half mile stretch of private golden beach, featuring 210 fully renovated guest rooms and suites, some with expansive outdoor terraces, as well as new restaurants, refreshed arrival experience and lobby with new cocktail lounge and café, new fitness facility, and oceanside event spaces.

“We’re thrilled to unveil Beach Club, designed for those who crave a fresh, modern take on luxury,” said Daniel A. Hostettler, President & CEO of The Boca Raton. “This next chapter builds on The Boca Raton’s storied legacy, inspiring generations of club members and global travelers who have shaped our vision for this transformation. The new Beach Club is more than just reimagined spaces—it’s an experience that blends stunning design, bold culinary creativity, and the kind of hospitality that feels effortless but unforgettable.”

Overseen by Beach Club General Manager Ekrem Koroglu, the hotel brings the essence of its seaside locale into every moment of the day. Guest rooms and suites connect with nature thanks to floor-to-ceiling views of the turquoise blue ocean and sea breezes. Natural textures and open, light-filled spaces are complemented by vibrant coral velvet accents. Among the elevated and sustainably conscious in-room amenities, a wet bar with water filtration system invites guests to stay hydrated on the go. Now boasting three times as many suites, Beach Club’s largest abodes include the Grand Suite + Lanai with one or two bedrooms that flow into private outdoor poolside living spaces with lounge seating.

With an enhanced focus on culinary experiences as overseen by Executive Chef Gonzalo Rivera, Beach Club introduces standout restaurants, lounges, and more casual settings. This includes a collaboration with Michelin-award-winning chef and raw bar expert Johnny Spero at Marisol restaurant. Located in a newly designed indoor-outdoor setting with a covered terrace, Marisol serves up fresh Mediterranean fare that showcases fresh seafood delivered daily by local fishermen.

Onda, Beach Club’s new sand-side restaurant features outdoor dining inspired by iconic coastal destinations. Each winter will spotlight a new culinary mastermind. In its first season, Onda has partnered with Executive Chef Adriano Venturini of Eden Roc Cap Cana, the Dominican Republic’s only Relais & Châteaux hotel, to create dishes such as Langosta al Coco, poached Maine lobster with creamy coconut sauce, Dominican rice, and caviar. At one side of Onda sits Sand Bar, an open-air gathering spot for creative refreshments. Additional spots to enjoy include Living Room with its sweeping outdoor terrace. Here, guests may sip on aperitifs and enjoy light bites and gourmet coffee during the day.

Rooted in the spirit of the coastal lifestyle, curated programming invites guests to sink their toes in the sand and lounge the day away, partake in water adventures, or discover moments of rejuvenation. Beach wellness sessions include Sunset Yoga and a monthly Full Moon Yoga class. Guests can experience intentional moments from morning to night, including a Ritual Series beginning with First Light oceanside wellness classes guided by expert instructors, and a Light the Night sunset fire ritual. At Living Room, a Night’s End ritual matches your mood—wind down the day with mellow beats and a bespoke nightcap or kick off the evening with a special energizing cocktail as the night unfolds.

When not relaxing on the beach or enjoying ocean adventures such as surfing and pedal kayaking, guests can take a dip in three pools. Or they can opt for a day at the Cabana Club by Vilebrequin, a collection of vibrant pool cabanas designed in partnership with St. Tropez swimwear brand Vilebrequin. For an afternoon excursion along the Intracoastal, Sorbetto is Beach Club’s floating Fiat 500 boat that adds a playful twist while showcasing the Italian craftsmanship that Fiat is known for.

Waterside adventures also await the youngest guests and members at Banyan Bunch Beachside, a dedicated children’s program featuring fun amenities and educational activations designed around discovery and nature. A new space for independent-minded teens and pre-teens, Game Loft is a social haven offering Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, XBOX Series X, and VR headsets loaded with the latest titles, balanced with classic old-school activities such as table shuffleboard and billiards.

In addition to experiences at the Forbes Five-Star Beach Club, a stay provides access to The Boca Raton’s Harborside amenities. Just a five-minute Water Taxi across the Intracoastal, the resort offers golf, tennis, pickleball, wellness experiences at Spa Palmera, as well as three pools, water slides, a floating river, and more at the four-acre Harborside Pool Club.

Beach Club has been expertly realized by Urban Robot Associates, a design collective based in Miami Beach, as well as landscape architecture firm EDSA, and Garcia Stromberg—a firm of architects, designers, and artists. This marks the second phase of The Boca Raton’s overall $375 million transformation. The first phase was completed in early 2023, which redesigned Harborside’s offerings and amenities, including Tower hotel, and more than 12 restaurants and lounges.

Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens invites guests to immerse themselves in the nostalgic magic of the season with this year’s holiday display, ‘Twas, now through January 4. Inspired by the classic poem “A Visit from St. Nicholas” by Clement Clarke Moore, ‘Twas unfolds through a series of sentimental scenes celebrating the spirit of generosity, tradition and family bonds, bringing visitors back to cherished holiday memories.

Imagined by designer Ed Libby and brought to life by Bellagio’s Horticulture team, the Conservatory display combines breathtaking floral arrangements and festive décor to bring the enchanting story to life, transporting guests into a beloved holiday dream. Adding to the experience, the Peppermint Express returns, serving delicious treats baked by Bellagio’s talented pastry chefs.

“This year’s theme offered us a special opportunity to create an experience that brings out the nostalgia of the holidays,” said Libby. “By blending iconic holiday elements with a comforting, dream-like atmosphere, we’ve crafted a display that even the most sophisticated adults can enjoy with childlike wonder. I feel this is our most traditional, quintessential holiday Conservatory ever – it’s designed to evoke warmth, joy and the unmistakable spirit and emotions of the season.”

West Bed
At the heart of the West Bed, an impressive 45-foot holiday tree towers above the scenery crowned with a glistening Swarovski star, dressed in over 35,000 mini-LED lights and covered with 8,700 ornaments. The awe-inspiring fir from Burney, California commands attention while the Peppermint Express miniature train chugs merrily around its trunk. Nearby screens feature a special ground-view feed of the train’s journey, immersing visitors into the scene. To the right of the bed, a stunning gingerbread house is lit from within, decorated with ruby red hearts, snow-like icing and the signature Bellagio “B,” complete with smoke escaping from its chimney and elves adding finishing touches. A vintage-style carousel invites guests to reminisce, with its handcrafted regal horses and ornate canopy adorned in red, green and gold embellishments. Oversized ornaments and vibrant poinsettias blanketing the ground, while trees of all sizes sparkle with lights and decorations, adding to the display’s holiday grandeur.

North Bed
At the center of the North Bed, whimsical stockings hang above a crackling fireplace, each filled with surprises for eager children. The gentle tick of an elaborate timepiece builds anticipation for the excitement of Christmas morning. On the left of the bed, a magnificent crimson sack overflows with handcrafted toys, while an elf playfully rides a wooden rocking horse nearby. A timeless scroll bearing the story behind ‘Twas leans against a stack of oversized gifts on the right, adding to the display’s nostalgic charm. Across the bed, poinsettias and holiday trees decorated by skilled elves bring seasonal warmth, while chandeliers and candlelit sconces hang above. Enchanting LED screens display winter scenes set to a bespoke holiday soundtrack, accompanied by the scent of a Sugar Plum Fairy-scented candle, available for guests to purchase as a keepsake from the Giardini Garden Store.

East Bed
The East Bed features a striking, gilded sleigh pulled by two elegantly dressed reindeer made of botanical elements. Perched atop a mountain of beautifully wrapped presents, an adventurous elf awaits, ready to embark on a journey delivering joy across the globe. Visitors can stroll along a walking path winding through the magical scene, lined with red poinsettias and a snow-covered railing, discovering the intricate details that make this display a true work of art. A floral sculpture of pinecones, holly berry and tree branches soar above the glimmering holiday trees and botanicals below.

South Bed
The grand Bellagio bear, Drum Major Dolly, proudly shines as the star of the South Bed. Dressed in her ceremonial red uniform with gold shoulder tassels, Dolly radiates cheer as she plays along to the beat of the season’s melodies. Two spectacular chandeliers glow softly overhead, representing the exquisite craftsmanship of the display. To the left, a dedicated elf scales a ladder, adding finishing touches to this collaborative masterpiece by Bellagio’s Horticulture team. The vibrant red and white poinsettias, larger-than-life ornaments and snowy trees enhance the bed, signifying hope, love and prosperity.

Peppermint Express
Guests craving a festive refreshment can visit the Peppermint Express pop-up to enjoy holiday-inspired offerings created by the Bellagio Pastry Team. Assorted treats and beverages are available for purchase in the Conservatory alcove behind the South Bed across the OMEGA Boutique from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. After Thanksgiving, hours will extend from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily. Menu items include holiday cookies, peppermint meringue, chocolate candies, holiday nougat, popcorn, drip coffee and hot chocolate.

Sustainability at the Conservatory
Water used in Bellagio’s Conservatory and Botanical Gardens comes from on-site underground wells that use rain and recycled water from the resort, avoiding the use of municipal potable water. The water in the Conservatory is also recycled throughout the exhibit and reused at the resort. Bellagio’s water conservation efforts are part of MGM Resorts International’s overall sustainability commitment.

At the conclusion of each display, plants and botanical material without remaining viable life are separated for collection by a local composting facility. The organic waste is made into compost products to help improve the environment. This method of recycling keeps thousands of pounds of waste out of local landfills and turns it into something that improves the region’s soil, air and water quality.

‘Twas 2024 Holiday Display by the Numbers

  • 110,000: Energy-efficient light bulbs on the trees
  • 20,000: Poinsettias throughout the display
  • 7,500: Preserved red and black roses on Drum Major Dolly
  • 8,700: Ornaments on the holiday tree
  • 1,000: Red feathers on Drum Major Dolly’s cap
  • 80: Team members who bring the display to life
  • 45-foot: Holiday tree at the center of the display
  • 41: Fresh-cut Silvertip trees throughout the display
  • 6: Days to complete the change out
  • 3: Carousel horses spinning in the West Bed
  • 2: Larger than life reindeer
  • 1: Swarovski crystal star topping the holiday tree

Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is complimentary and open to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Located steps from the iconic Monument Circle and the Indiana State Capitol, the property will redefine hospitality in Indianapolis.

As the first luxury hotel to open in nearly two decades, the hotel will feature 170 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites, complemented by two new dining concepts including the first rooftop bar of its kind for the city, a 24-hour fitness center, 5,000 square feet of event and meeting space and the city’s only Penthouse Suite on a private floor with spectacular views of Monument Circle.

Locally developed and owned by Keystone Group, InterContinental Indianapolis is housed in the historic Illinois Building that was originally built in 1926. Following a $110 million restoration, InterContinental Indianapolis will merge timeless style and the city’s signature Hoosier Hospitality, becoming a premier destination in Indianapolis.

The Illinois Building, located at the center of downtown Indy, was listed as one of the state’s 10 most endangered landmarks until being purchased by Keystone Group. With the addition of an entire floor, the now 11-story hotel features a granite and limestone exterior with Moderne bas relief panels and topped with gold-glazed terra cotta cornice. Facets of the building’s original ornate lobby have been preserved which will seamlessly blend in with a new contemporary canopy. Guests will enter the hotel through opulent brass doors along with intricate brass grillwork set against alabaster panels. Other stand-out design details include a grand staircase in the second-floor lounge space and curated art all by local Indiana artists commissioned exclusively for InterContinental Indianapolis.

“We are thrilled to open our doors soon in downtown Indianapolis and bring this historic property to life,” said Michael Moros, general manager of InterContinental Indianapolis. “The Illinois Building is a true city landmark, making it the perfect fit for what we are creating. Both local guests and those traveling to Indy can soon experience the exceptional luxury service and hospitality the InterContinental brand is known for throughout the world.”

InterContinental Indianapolis will offer personal and attentive service when it opens its doors with a dedicated full-service concierge. The concierge will provide insider expertise, cultural connections and help guests embrace and explore Indianapolis. When not exploring the destination, travelers can enjoy in-room amenities including Nespresso Machines, curated mini bars and Bal D’Afrique scented amenities by BYREDO. With the combination of attentive service and refined in-room comforts, InterContinental Indianapolis promises to be a premier destination for sophisticated travelers seeking both relaxation and exploration.

Indiana culinary icon Chef Craig Baker will serve as the hotel’s Executive Chef. Baker will oversee all food and beverage offerings including the launch of Serliana Café, on the hotel’s second floor, and the new Astrea Rooftop Bar. Astrea will be the highest rooftop bar in Indianapolis and provide stunning never-before-seen views of Monument Circle and the Indiana State Capitol in the cosmopolitan center of the city. The award-winning Acqualina Resort & Residences launches a spectacular new three-bedroom suite located high atop the 31st floor of the beachfront property that is designed to impress with expansive spaces and refined features.

In collaboration with designer Isabel Tragash, principal of STA Architectural Group, and Virgilio Mariano, founder of Ideal Casa Italian furniture, the new suite features sleek furniture, plush carpets, modern bathrooms in marble and covetable amenities, exquisite light fixtures in every room and an expansive private terrace that offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

“The new suite exemplifies Acqualina’s commitment to offering an unmatched stay for guests, particularly those who are looking for extra room without sacrificing style,” says Acqualina Resort CEO and Partner Deborah Yager Fleming.

“The new suite exemplifies Acqualina’s commitment to offering an unmatched stay for guests, particularly those who are looking for extra room without sacrificing style,” says Acqualina Resort CEO and Partner Deborah Yager Fleming. “We curated spaces that call to our coastal surroundings yet stand out with sophisticated elements that resemble a high-design villa in Europe.”

The entryway of the suite extends to two separate living areas, where a soothing neutral backdrop showcases ocean views. The living spaces are dotted with Ideal Casa Italian furniture offering both a rich heritage and contemporary design, from a statuesque console with walnut drawers and silver finishes — a perfect nook for getting work done or serving cocktails — to a modern upholstered Italian sectional meant for gathering and conversation.

In the main living area by the terrace, there is a sculptural sideboard and fluted coffee table with a bronze glass top; and guests will enjoy the duo of velvet diamond-designed “Alison” armchairs or relax on the new Miami sofa-bed made in Italy that imbues the color of the beach below. Abstract 4DaSoul rugs, aptly named “Mosaic Calm,” combine the soft sheen of viscose with an elegant finish of New Zealand wool, adding coastal calm to the spaces, while crystal octagonal table lamps and two metal LED “Fiama” chandeliers by Sean Lavin are a preview of the suite’s light fixtures.

In the full gourmet kitchen, there’s sleek wood cabinetry paired with luxurious Italian Lapitec stone countertops and a waterfall bar, and all of the culinary amenities one needs to cook a meal together. The nearby dining room features a circular Casa Spin Dining Table with a central steel column that’s wrapped in a full-grain leather in a spiral pattern, complemented by wood dining chairs with backrests.

The table is anchored by a diamond-shaped “Everest” pendant by Elan Lighting, an ideal spot for soaking up the ocean views. The bar stools mimic the dining chairs, and are also architectural in nature, distinguished by a curved oak structure with a sinuous design.

In the primary bedroom, a crystal Possini Euro Design Vesta ring pendant hangs from the ceiling and white sateen linens and a duvet cover in a champagne trim and elegant drapery invites guests to linger longer. Views of the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the bed, or on the private terrace.

Tragash of STA Architectural Group designed the primary bathroom in Italian-meets-coastal elegance, with gleaming Italian marble flooring, that’s echoed in the glass-enclosed shower for two, a textured wallcovering, and a stunning Vena Di Oro marble-top double vanity.

The suite’s other bedrooms also feature the same luxuries, including more inventive lighting — and the third bedroom showcases twin beds for families or friends traveling together and vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway.

“The new suite not only offers the luxury of space,” says Yager Fleming, “but no matter which room guests are in, they’re treated to the same amount of opulence and avant-garde details.”

Crescent Hotels & Resorts has announced the management of Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection, a historic property situated in downtown Cleveland. The former Renaissance Cleveland Hotel underwent an extensive multi-year $80 million renovation and reopened in April 2024 under its original name. With over 100 years of history, Hotel Cleveland effortlessly merges the city’s rich heritage with modern charm, offering an upscale experience that makes it an ideal addition to the Latitudes: Lifestyles by Crescent collection.

Part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection of independent hotels, the revitalized property features a brand new lobby bar and restaurant, along with 60,000 square feet of meeting space, priming a truly authentic Cleveland experience. One of downtown Cleveland’s most illustrious hotels since opening in 1918, the property offers guests an interactive historical experience through NFC code medallion technology. This amenity allows guests to engage with and discover the property’s significant moments.

Each of the 491 reimagined guest rooms showcases sleek and sophisticated interiors, adorned with wall murals depicting historic maps and scenes from the city’s history. The tableside lamps, inspired by historic sewing machines, pay homage to the city’s former garment district. For a more personalized experience, guests can choose spacious suites that offer separate living areas and views of Lake Erie.

The new hotel lobby bar and restaurant, Maker, is a stylish gathering place with a supper club atmosphere, offering a mix of high-end dining, comfortable ambiance, and signature cocktails. Mowrey’s, the city’s premier destination for breakfast and brunch, pays homage to Phineas Mowrey, who pioneered tavern culture in Cleveland in 1815.
